Water is a conductor of impurities thus its chemistry can be a major contributor to corrosion within any system. Water chemistry has to be one of the first problems addressed in a clean up situation

Energy Plus 180 has a PH level range from 9.4 to 11.4 - which prevents the Energy Plus/water mixture from becoming acidic. The Energy Plus solution will also biodegrade the impurities. Even though the water temperature increases as water turns to steam, the PH level will remain constant.

Use of Energy Plus in clean up will not only reduce further buildup and corrosion, it will help to dissolve corrosion that has already built up. Once the pipelines are coated with Energy Plus flow will accelerate due to reduced friction.
